Buying process

We are dedicated to making your tea buying experience as smooth as possible. Here are some facts which are relevant, when you buy tea online from us.

Shipping

• We are currently shipping our teas from China.
• We ship our products worldwide. Depending on your location, it takes between one week and around four weeks for your products to arrive.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us saying that ‘your order is complete’.

Currencies

• We have multiple currencies enabled (Swiss Francs, Euro, US Dollar, British Pound).
• Depending on your ip address, prices will be displayed in a certain currency.
• You can change the currency with the Currency Switcher at the top of the page.

Account

• You do not need an account to buy products from us.
• However, creating an account allows you to track your new orders, view old orders (provided you were logged in at the moment of purchase), and manage your details.
• You can create an account on the Checkout page, or on the My Account page.

Checkout

• We use Stripe and Paypal as our secure payment gateways to process credit cards.
• When you are on the Checkout page, make sure all field with a red asterisk are correctly filled out before you click on “Continue to payment”.
• Only when all fields with a red asterisk are filled out, will you be able to make a new field appear for your credit card, by clicking on “Continue to payment”.
