We are dedicated to making your tea buying experience as smooth as possible. Here are some facts which are relevant, when you buy tea online from us.
- We are in China until the end of 2019. During this time all products will be shipped from China (no changes in shipping fees).
- We are currently based in Switzerland. This is where we store our products.
It is also from where we ship them. We ship our products with the Swiss Post, unless specified otherwise.
- We ship our products worldwide. Depending on your location, it takes between one week and around four weeks for your products to arrive.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us saying that ‘your order is complete’.
- We have multiple currencies enabled (Swiss Francs, Euro, US Dollar, British Pound).
- Depending on your ip address, prices will be displayed in a certain currency.
- You can change the currency with the Currency Switcher at the top of the page.
- You do not need an account to buy products from us.
- However, creating an account allows you to track your new orders, view old orders (provided you were logged in at the moment of purchase), and manage your details.
- You can create an account on the Checkout page, or on the My Account page.
- We use Stripe and Paypal as our secure payment gateways to process credit cards.
- When you are on the Checkout page, make sure all field with a red asterisk are correctly filled out before you click on “Continue to payment”.
- Only when all fields with a red asterisk are filled out, will you be able to make a new field appear for your credit card, by clicking on “Continue to payment”.
