The terms and conditions outlined below apply to all products sold through e-Commerce Site Exquisite Leaves. They define the rights and obligations of the parties.
The Seller allows itself the right to modify at any moment the content and form of these terms and conditions.

- Personal data
Exquisite Leaves is committed to respecting the confidentiality of personal data provided by Customers on the e-Commerce website and to treating them according to legal obligations.
Customer data can be used by Exquisite Leaves:
- For the processing of orders, deliveries and invoicing
- To inform about sales and upcoming events by sending invitation emails
- To enhance and personalize the communication to the Customer, including sending newsletters, special offers and other emails.
The Customer undertakes to provide the personal information necessary for the management of his or her order (delivery and billing). It must be correct, valid and current. Information regarding his or her identification and password must be kept secret by the Customer.
- Sales Process
3.1. Order
The validation of the order by the Customer signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Once the order is validated and paid for, the Customer receives an order confirmation by email.
3.2. Price
The prices mentioned on the site e-Commerce Exquisite Leaves are indicated with all taxes in Switzerland included, but exclude the cost of shipping and other costs, taxes and duties. The cost of shipping will be indicated before the validation of the order by the Customer.
Exquisite Leaves reserves the right to make changes without notice at any time to prices and other fees shown on the e-Commerce site. However, the products will be billed to the Customer based on the rates in effect at the time of his or her validation of the order.
3.3. Photographic representation of products
Exquisite Leaves makes every effort that the photographic representation of the products offered for sale on the site e-Commerce Exquisite Leaves is as close as possible to reality. However with regard to the presentation of the products on the Internet, it is possible that the perception by the customer of their photographic representation does not exactly match the products themselves. Furthermore, most of the products offered on the site e-Commerce Exquisite Leaves are handmade and therefore subject to slight variations.
3.4. Secure Payments
Payments are accepted by credit card via secure transactions provided by a secure online payment platform provider.
Exquisite Leaves has no access to any data concerning the Customer’s payment method. Payments are made directly into the hands of the provider.
3.5. Transaction currency
We have multiple currencies enabled (Swiss Francs, Euro, US Dollar, British Pound). Depending on your ip address, prices will be displayed in a certain currency. You can change the currency with the Currency Switcher at the bottom of the page.
3.6. Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at the end of the order, according to the destination country, weight, volume and rates of the carrier in charge of delivery. Without exception, they are charged to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be imported into the country of destination, and bears applicable taxes and other fees.
Products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the order process. Products are shipped within ten days of receipt of payment by the Seller.
3.7. Warranty
With the exception of tea and other consumable or perishable products delivered in a sealed package and of any other item delivered in a sealed package for hygiene reasons, for which any guarantee is expressly excluded, the Customer benefits from a two-year warranty from the delivery for defects that are not caused by abuse, moisture, wear, or any other cause for which the Customer is responsible. The Customer sends its request to the Seller who at his option will either replace the item or refund the purchase price, if the request is justified.
3.8. Withdrawal and refund
From the date of receipt of the product, the Customer has a period of 14 days to inform the Seller clearly and unambiguously that he or she asserts his or her right of withdrawal and wants to return the delivered product, at the expense and risk of the Customer. Only products purchased through the e-Commerce site Exquisite Leaves, and returned unopened and in their original packaging may be recoverable. Tea, pots and many other accessories are delivered in sealed packaging for reasons of hygiene and the right of withdrawal is extinguished once the Customer has broken the seal.
The procedure is as follows:
- The Customer sends an email to contact@exquisiteleaves.com that he or she exercises his or her right of withdrawal
- The Customer returns the goods at his or her own expense to the following address:
